As a user of CRMS, CRMS Mobile, or another service we provide to you, we may collect and use information about you. If any changes are significant we will let you know (for example, by email).

We limit our collection to only what is neccessary to fulfil a legitimate interest with you. These “legitimate interests” include:

If using CRMS Mobile: Information about your device's precise location.
- To determine which CRMS location you are nearest to
- We never store your precise location, nor is it ever transmitted to us. It is only used to calculate your proximity to a set of known locations on the device
Information about how you access and use Dorsett Retail Systems apps, websites, and other services, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, your IP address, submissions through the app, and details about how you browse through our apps and sites. We collect some of this information by using “cookies” or other similar technologies directly from your device.
- To provide you use of, and to improve, our apps and services (e.g., identifying ways to make our platform easier to use or navigate)
- To personalize your experience using our apps and services (e.g., by changing how we may order items that we show you)
